Bio: I live in North West London and spend most days travelling by rail. Whether it be my daily train commute or jumping on the tube or overground into London at the weekends, there is always something to interest me. I hope to share some of my ponderings, rants and observations with you by writing a daily train themed haiku. Hopefully they will entertain and may strike a chord with fellow commuters!
Hi and thanks for the follow. I appreciate it when a fellow blogger decides to support my work. All the best to you, Bex

Thanks for liking my post. I’ve enjoyed going back through your blog. I often feel like I spend most of my life waiting for public transportation; It’s where I get most of my writing done.

Thanks! The extra writing time provided by a delayed train is (at times!) quite useful! Really liked your blog.

Decades ago I used to commute from Battersea to Piccadilly circus. I didn’t write poetry, rather preffered to sleep.:-)
Look forward reading more. Hey you should enter my little poetry contest. It’s for fun, but you could win a cat mug! 🙂

True! I’m originally from Lancashire, it was a steep learning curve but now I can wield my oyster card like a native!

Wow, that’s a big change. And I’ve lived there all my life and I can still get lost on the underground at times.
